• En az 3 yıl iş deneyimi olan
• İyi seviyede İngilizce bilen
• Microsoft Word, Excel ve Powerpoint uygulamalarını kullanabilen
• İletişim becerileri ve insan ilişkileri güçlü

Bilişim sektöründe 2005 yılından beri çalışmalarına devam eden şirketimizde Müşteri İlişkileri ve Operasyon süreçlerinde yer alarak:

• Firmanın hizmetleri hakkında bilgi almak isteyen müşterilere telefon ve email ile bilgi verecek
• Talep eden müşterilere firmanın standart hizmet tekliflerini iletecek
• Eğitim ve konferanslara katılmak isteyen kişilerin kayıtlarını alacak
• Firmanın vermekte olduğu hizmetlerin faturalandırılma aşamalarında muhasebe birimiyle birlikte çalışacak
• Sunulan hizmetlerle ilgili müşteri deneyimini uçtan uca takip edecek
