Creating the "new" as a "team"

Keytorc’s team, who always pursue what is new, take both active and passive roles. Keytorc offers its employees the opportunity to develop their careers and themselves, take roles in social responsibility projects, participate in trainings, take interactive roles in designing their career journeys, plan events and write blogs.

Employees evaluate their experiences at the company through MeetEX meetings, which are held at regular intervals. Then, teams work on redesigning employee experiences.

We regularly meet at Talent 4.0 activities to increase interaction within the company. Events are organized covering narratives, activities and practices in various fields such as philosophy, psychology, art and science.

Annual training plans are made for all employees with our employee experience designers and managers, supporting the development of our teams. Our employees can benefit from internal and external trainings within the needs and interests of their projects. Participating in the internationally certified trainings of ISTQB by Keytorc also contribute  designing their career journeys more safely. 

Test Bootcamp is the basic level test training given to our candidates who have recently graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, etc. or who want to change their career path and specialize in software testing.

Thanks to Bootcamp, our candidates are introduced with software testing methodologies & tools, creating an opportunity to experience the field with practical applications. Our candidates who successfully complete the training process are offered job opportunities within the scope of our existing customers and projects.
