Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the activity of performing repetitive tasks by robots using AI-powered algorithms. In this way, employees can direct their time to tasks with high added value rather than simple and repetitive jobs.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Why Robotic Process Automation?
Automating routine tasks with Robotic Process Automation allows employees to focus on value-added production. Software tools called robots are used to carry out this automation. Robots are basically divided into two groups: “Attended” and “Unattended”. Attended robots need human intervention, while Unattended robots do not. In addition, there are robots that have the advantages of both groups defined as “Hybrid.” All these robots are provided and executed by RPA tools that provide solutions.
It seems theoretically possible to automate almost all software tasks with RPA tools. What is important at this point is that automating the correct tasks determined in the most effective way will enable getting the most benefit from Robotic Process Automation.
